Oklahoma City
In Oklahoma City now. We stopped here to visit with a long time friend we met in Tampa in 1986 and Cathy worked with him for a couple of years. They moved but we have kept in touch. We will spend the next couple days doing things with Bill and his wife Laurie.
Bill is a Dept Head at the US Postal Service school (NCED) in Norman OK. During my time in the USPS, I attended many classes here. This time back here, I was a guest taking a personalized tour. Cathy has never been here so it was new to her.
Bill gave us a very good tour. A lot has changed since I was last here. Government facility so no pictures.
Today we went to a very good steak house, tomorrow mexican, Sunday unknown.
Bill and Laurie's son is into comedy and will do an impromptu comedy at the University of Oklahoma tomorrow night. We hope to see a future comedy star perform.
Two more days here then on to Dodge City to see Miss Kitty. Hope Marshall Dillon is not around. We are staying at the Gunsmoke RV Park. Al
