Monument, CO

We left Dodge City yesterday for Monument CO, 330 miles. Long day for us.
About 70 miles from Monument by, we started seeing Pikes Peak.

Today has been very windy, gusts up to 40 MPH here. Further south up to 60 MPH On top of Pikes Peak sustained winds of 60 MPH. Snow expected here tonight. Temps predicted down to 21 degrees. Right now, at 4:30 65 degrees and no wind. Feels great.

Later we will take the train to the top of Pikes Peak.
